Location: Auxvasse, MO (on US-54 — an easy drive from Fulton, Mexico, and Columbia)

Tired of commuting to Columbia or Jeff City? Tired of warehouse jobs with rotating shifts, mandatory overtime, and every-weekend schedules? Baumgartner's is hiring, and we run Monday through Friday with daytime hours. The exception? Maybe 3–4 Saturdays a year, when it's all hands on deck. That's it — and we'll be straight with you about it, because that's how we do business.
What your day actually looks like:
You won't be standing at a conveyor belt. You'll ride with a partner, deliver furniture to homes across mid-Missouri, and be the last face our customers see — the person who turns a purchase into a great experience. Every day is a different route, different homes, different people. Back at the warehouse, you'll unpack, prep, load, and inspect merchandise so every delivery goes out right.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver furniture and mattresses to customer homes on routes across mid-Missouri
* Load, unload, unpack, prepare, and inspect merchandise
* Operate a delivery vehicle (we'll help you get your Missouri Class E license if you don't have one)
* Resolve delivery issues and take care of customer concerns on the spot
* Regularly lift 50+ lbs and team-lift heavier pieces with your partner
What we're looking for:
* A valid driver's license
* A strong sense of customer service — you're the face of our company in someone's home
* Problem-solving and communication skills
* Reliability. Our customers are counting on you, and so are your crew members.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour
